Customer Service
What are your Customer Service hours and how do I get in touch?
Customer Service hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm GMT. We’re available here, at sales@spoofytees.co.uk

What payment methods do you accept?
We have all secure payment methods, all major credit cards can be used. We accept visa, MasterCard, maestro and PayPal. We accept most major credit cards, as well as PayPal (just make sure to fill out your billing and shipping addresses first). Please note, we can only accept one form of payment for each order.
Can I use separate billing and shipping addresses?
Yes! When you reach the checkout page under "Shipping Information" click the button marked "Ship to Different Address", enter the separate address information in the field boxes.

What is your printing technique?
All Spoofytees apparel is printed using a super high tech digital print technique called Direct to Garment printing. We have the best machines in the business and ensure an extremely high-quality print. Every garment that leaves our printer is QC’d before being shipped to customers. We also colour match and hand-prepare each design before it goes to print.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Items purchased on Spoofytees are custom made and printed just for you. We cannot offer returns unless the item is defective. We do, however, offer exchanges for apparel sizing issues. Please send us an email at sales@spoofytees.co.uk or through our contact page and we can set that up for you! If something you received is defective, please contact us here with a picture of the damaged item.

I just placed my order, how long until it ships?
For many orders we have to meticulously prep artwork for our printer to get the best quality possible. Due to this and normal production time, it may take up to 3 business days from the time you place your order until it ships from our facilities. I've not received a confirmation email?
Please check your spam or junk folder for any emails that have been redirected. If you think you accidentally used a wrong email address, then please get in touch with us at sales@spoofytees.co.uk
Can I collect my order ?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a collection service.
Why has only part of my order shipped?
We ship your items as soon as they become available for dispatch. If you have other items which are taking longer, then we will ship them separately. This doesn’t affect postage paid.
The address on my order is incorrect?
It’s your duty to provide correct address details, if you believe you have entered something incorrect. Please contact us by email or the contact us box below. We will then rectify any errors before your order is sent. If, however it has already been sent out with incorrect details then we cannot be held liable for any failed or delayed deliveries. If the order is sent back to us, we can however arrange a re-delivery at that point, with a re-dispatch charge.
